Install issue

Upgrading a customer from Comet2k2. Trying to install Comet2k13. If I run Comet2k13 from the server it works fine. If I run it from a node on the network I get "addDirectory - Failed for \\DEPOTN\DATADRV\COMET32\COMET2K13\REL\" for all configured folders. I had service double check ports 11750-59 were open on the server. They are. I uploaded the users Comet and cfam log. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
