CAW reject

Customer with remote location. 3-4 CAW users working fine. IT guy setting up a new user with a new PC. They use IDMAINT and a onetime password has been set up and the outer door is open. He's using /S:09.
He keeps getting a "session rejected" message. Never gets to the onetime password prompt.

Checked PC firewall.
Used /S:09 from my office PC. Worked.
Reinstalled Comet into C:\Comet and created new shortcut.
