3:00am local time my Vancouver account had its Security Server shut down. Their Comet Server is a Win2008 R2 Enterprise VM that makes use of an AnywhereUSB server. Logs attached. They are running Comet Services 14.0, upgraded from 11.4 last weekend. Security Server log states that it could no longer find the security dongle. We can be certain that no one was removing the security dongle from the AnywhereUSB server at 3:00 in the morning. So the question is, why did Security Server think that it was disconnected? I've gone through all the event logs and the closest thing I can find in terms of timing is a System Event/DNS Client Event stating that a name resolution for a tech support domain timed out after the configured DNS servers did not respond. Anybody seen anything like this?
