There was a power outage, and it appears as though the AnywhereUSB server was not plugged into the battery backup. End-user straightening out with the IT people. I was going to ask about Virtual dongle - is that an either/or proposition? In other words, is it possible to have the dongle retained and failover to a virtual dongle if the physical is not found?
