New QMONITOR

CometAnywhere and new QMONITOR. Standard everything. Works fine in the customer's full Comet sessions.

Tried to click red "X" at bottom left. QMONITOR just blinked. Noticed that part of READY was missing.

Clicked on LOGS and got PRINTERS.

Withdrawing my initial endorsement :( Mapping a QCRT grid over a JPG isn't reliable enough for all the hardware and monitor configurations.
