BB: You are GOOD!. I loaded the latest & greatest on the customer's server thus reloading all of the DLL's and programs and the system worked all afternoon yesterday and all day today. Also, MS updated the server product when I rebooted after the Server load. SOOOO, between my update and MS the problem is gone.
