Sent emails to IT guy Friday and Saturday about CAW host reboot. Apparently, nothing was done.
Sent your Logging suggestion earlier. Don't know is that was done.
Will be there at 6AM to upgrade CometServices etc. They're on 14.0 and 491.
Hopefully, the CAW Host and Comet Server will be rebooted tonight.

Today, there have been no Q10 errors but after a week or so some Q12 errors have happened.
WA-1 and WA-2 show same problem. First six characters following the key are blanked out. Total of five records over two PO's. QMAINT won't work and I had to use CometEx/Maintenance. Yucky and slow.

There's a strong CAW link to all this. Besides my CAW mystery, almost all of the corrupted Q10 and Q12 records were entered via CAW from their new (1-2 months) buyer in Washington. All the other buyers are in San Diego and use full Comet.
There are about 15 CAW users in San Diego and Washington and they do all sorts of data entry with no problems. She is the first buyer to use CAW. She's started getting E46's (now trapped out) and an occasional lockup. CAW-Z. The popup Extended Windows contains display info from the primary screen overwriting the popup screen.
Too much weirdness!
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
