Utility #45

We are running Comet2004 , Build 337 / 04.05
If we run Utility #45 ( DIRINIT ) it says:
"Loading all configuared directories, please wait"
but at the bottom of the screen we get:
DOS error opening Comet's CFIG file ( xxxxx.cfg )
Press Enter to abort Dir Maint

How can we create some directories?
