I couldn't find the comet.log .... looking in the LOGs folder, though, I found some things that might help:
New Problem... one user can't get to SPL archive... I have no problem.... none have been reported....
Two things I found in CFamNetServe log:
the person having problems finding her SPL files in the archive:

I looked on her machine to find %TEMP% .... I found that her SPLs are in a folder \WS11\ is this WS2 vs. WS11 a part of the problem?
I (WS5) always fail when connecting to my second terminal... I just noticed this:
