Hi All,
I've run into this problem a couple of times in the last two weeks so
I thought I'd post it up. I'm reorganizing my source directories and
eliminating old, unused directories. I exit Comet, make sure nobody
else in the office is in Comet, and go to erase the unused directory
and I get a sharing violation that the QDIR file is in use. I stop and restart my Comet Services on the server and still cannot erase the
QDIRs. It's not until I down the server and restart it that I am able to erase the QDIRs. I am running current versions of Comet2004
and CometServe32. Our server is Windows2000 Server and my desktop OS
is Win2000. Any thoughts or solutions? Thanks in advance, Tom.
