You can find out what files Win2000/3 has open. At the server console

1. Right click My Computer
2. Select Manage
3. Expand Shared Folders
4. Select Open Files

With all the Comet users off you should be able to locate the residual QDIR(s) and the user(s). You can select and right click on the file and chose the Close option. Faster than a reboot.
