Have had many strange experiences with copyfile. The last one was with a program that also had been running for years. But after a Windows update, I just kept getting errors. I was using UNC names in the From and To files names. Out of desperation, I mapped the drives and replaced the UNC name and used the drive letters. It worked. Have not idea why. Never pursued why. Was just happy that it worked (about 6 months now) and am holding my breath until the next windows update. Don't know if you checked the list of windows errors, but error 64 is "Network access is denied." Good luck/
