I have a feeling that both of these issues are hardware related. The LA account was able to get both the Comet Server and the CometAnywhere host rebooted over the weekend and all is working now. NY account is yet to be determined.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
