This should be pretty easy. The shortcut should point to Comet.exe in folder where you unzipped the Comet release. The IP address is the address of the CA host. Obviously the CA client machine has to have network access to that location. That's it. I see you have several CA licenses. Did you look at how other CA clients are setup?
The Comet log will be on the CA host. You can open the log by clicking on View->Comet Log from the menu at the top of the Comet session window.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
