CED, system can not access

We are in process to move our comet on a VM server 2012, our test is going okay.

Now the CED editor do not work, I have installed the version CED 13-02 and when I started comet I received this message into the comet log

13:43:53 (1916) AddDirectory - Failed for \\COMET1\COMET\CED\

Any ideas how to fix this situation^
