You may be missing the QDIR.DIR and QDIR.I00.
It happened once or twice in the past that when I zipped the folder it was missing it. Was probably open somewhere else. Oops, I just checked and it is size 0 ??
You can copy it from any other CED releases. Recommend doing a 38-QDIRBLD on it afterwards.
I will look into releasing CED 14.01 that fix an issues with a 2014 Qmonitor issue.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
