When copying an object file to a file with an extension the new file loses the extension. For example, I copied IDX on OBJ to IDX.BAK on OBJ and I ended up with no .BAK file and the original object had zero records. I was able to re-compile the source to recover the object file but thought I would let you know. I am using veresion 2004.335
