Ransomware ALERT!!!!

Jim got hit with a ransomware virus today. He thinks it came from an email from "Craig Holden" with a subject line containing a customer number. It is the Cryptowall virus. The ransom is $750.

DO NOT OPEN ANY EMAIL FROM CRAIG HOLDEN !!!

If you know how to recover from this virus please share the info here.
