error setting up Comet 2016

downloaded COMET 500, REL, UTL and Comet Services

stopped the service and unzipped the software

only problem I immediately found was that I had not overlaid the license file

fixed that, but still can't unpack the comet services.... seemed that the rest of the modules came down OK, but I get the above message about copying data

gotta do something tomorrow for "month end May"
