Date fixer include file?

Does someone have an amazing .inc file that handles date processing pretty well?

Operator enters 011315 and the gosub will return 01/13/15 or 01/13/2015?

Operator enters 01/13/15 and the gosub will return 01/13/15 or 01/13/2015?

Operator enters 013315 and the gosub will return '*' or 'Bad Date'?

Operator enters 1/13/15 and the gosub will return 01/13/15 or 01/13/2015 maybe?

Ours is getting on our nerves and we are not looking to reinvent the wheel.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
