I have a great routine, it is pretty intuitive.
Valid input:
MM/DD/YY or MM-DD-YY or MMDDYY
YY/MM/DD or YY-MM-DD (Year has to be Greater 12)
YYYYMMDD or YYYY/MM/DD OR YYYY-MM-DD (Year has to be greater than 1900)
M/D/YYyy or M-D-YYyy (2 or 4 digits year, single digit month and/or day)
YYyy/M/D or YYyy-M-D (2 or 4 digits yeat, single digit month and/or day)
Output:
Century days relative to Jan 1st, 1901 (1901/01/01)
MM/DD/YY
YYYY/MM/DD
YYDDD (Julian: Year+Days)
Day of Week (Mon=1 ... Sun=7)
Century week relative to Jan 1st, 1901
MMDDYY
YYMMDD
YYYYMMDD
MM
MM$
DD
DD$
Year (relative to 1901)
YY$
YYYY$
No of Days in Current Month
Long Date (June 2, 2016)
There is also another routine that uses "Century Days" as input and returns all of the above. Great for Adding, subtracting dates.
