End-user in LA with a very difficult-to-work-with IT services provider. Luckily, the account had been running smoothly for a couple of years. On a Monday in April we started getting reports of "impossible" error messages - Monitor not found, file Z1 not found, etc. Connect up and restart comet and it runs for a while and then another crazy error was encountered. IT guy claims it must be the server. We migrate Comet, services and executables and files to a Win7 PC. They have been running against that for the last two months without error. In the meantime, IT guy claims to have replaced all switches, cables and a new server went, 2012 R2. Just finished migrating back to the new server and guess what - error 11 on a file that's there, error 9b, etc. I have no idea where to go with this except back to the Win 7 PC for Comet. Luckily they're a relatively small account, only 5 comet licenses.
