The crash occurred doing an ENTER of a Comet16 program. You don't do any ENTERs? That's another possible indication that there's something wrong with the object files then. Can you run our QTILITY menu and any of those programs?

One thing you should do is add a COS folder to the configuration. Many of the latest utilities require it.
