I've gone back to 2014, 2015, and now back at 2016. Rebuilt UTl, Rel folders. various versions.

All results are the same.

I know it was working initially. I am going to start with a new fresh install(copy) from their old system. I am waiting on their technician to get me access to the old folders.

I will update you after this has been done.
