Very interesting! We ran in to something similar recently. Jim discovered that applying a bunch of old Windows updates solved the problem. This update process is what caused grief for the Dongle Server this weekend. The dialog we got on our old server was a little different than yours, but the message was the same. We are happy to report that now everything seems to working fine and we can send email without getting the certificate warning.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
