Is your XAP running on workstation or server version of Windoze ? The workstation IP is not very resilient, at least not as much as server's.
Whenever I had Errors 29, I would reboot the machine (I know, a real pain in the ...) To speed-up the restart, I would use the command prompt to delete all files in XAP folder COS\TEMP before restarting Comet. Much faster delete than with Windoze Explorer or Comet startup.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
