I do believe the fix works. I tested it. First, remember you only need to RUN NOVA one time on a system. Once the HELP files are created you shouldn't need to do it again. That one time you should run it from QMONITOR.

When you press the F1 key, NOVA is ENTERed by Comet. The program name and ENTERLEVEL check are done to detect that you want to create the files, not get help.

HPROG$ will be padded out. Try it. It works!
