Yes, the remote showrooms enter Memo Orders and when the order has been completed it ACTIVATEs the Memo Print program in background with the print going to a printer configured as #:RAW. The interesting thing is that this is all working, the showrooms are getting their document printed out. Since nobody ever reported an error and the functionality is still there, the looping EXCP 31s just got missed. I have a feeling that a previous report of white screens was probably this issue as well. It would take a lot of work to modify this. I'd have to set up a printer icon on the host that directs the print to the specific IP address of the remote printer, one for each showroom and I believe they have 8 showrooms. Also, the printers are dot-matrix with tractor forms so it's unclear if they are network-ready.
