Well, this is curious. Our servers are essentially CA hosts only so the number of connections is 1 (or in 1 case, 2). I did get access to a customer's server that hosts many users. Surprisingly there was a difference between the SecSrv program and CSecSrv! I am puzzled because they use very similar algorithms for getting their lists. One thing I did discover is that there seems to be an unanticipated limit of about 60 users for the SecSrv program. That's not a factor in your case however. I will have to investigate some more.
