Session Rejected

I work for a managed services provider and we have a client who uses Comet Anywhere. When he tries to use the application it returns Session Rejected. As I have little to no experience with Comet I was hoping someone would know the root cause of this and how to resolve it. Please note this was only after his old PC was cloned to a new PC.
