The CometAnywhere host probably has Authorization Security turned on. Each User/PC has a unique ID created and that is verified by the CometAnywhere host. The new User/PC has a new ID and is being rejected.

You'll need to contact the person who administers the host and have them run IDMAINT to set up a "one-time" password for the user. Once connected they'll be OK going forward.
