Ransomware at client

End-User with Ransomware over the weekend. Eradicated, Comet files are good but QDIR.DIR files were encrypted. I have working Comet Services now and a working Comet with REL and UTL. I need to rebuild QDIRs. Problem is CometEx will not run and Q Utilities DirBuild comes up with "No Comet files found" on every directory I try. I'm not sure what to try next and my largest end-user is hard down.
