wrong path name

In the attached error message the 'fullpath' message references a folder 'old' for the program that was running when the error happened. This program exists in another folder (the correct version of the program and the correct folder) that is further up the directory access list and is the program that should have been running. The version of the program in the 'old' folder is just a saved copy before changes were made and should never be executed - but it is - and only occasionally. How is this possible?
