This is pretty weird. Only one program that we release is smart enough to know that when a job is deleted from the spool that the SxxJOBS file record must be deleted as well as the dos file for the job. Therefore, it sure sounds like QSPOOL is the culprit. If you are sure nobody is running it and clearing the jobs, is it possible that you have QSPOOL running in background somewhere? It could be printing the jobs to another spool (if not a printer, but that would be obvious I guess). Have you checked other spools to see if the missing jobs are there?
