Twice since we upgraded to Comet 2004 that I've seen Comet Anywhere unable to connect.
In the first case, I changed an existing shortcut to use the new executables. When trying to connect I get a Session Rejected message. Using the very same shortcut, I try connecting to another CometAnywhere within the same network on the same server and it worked fine. This happened on MY machine (Win XP).
Today, I locally setup a desktop and a laptop that were going to be installed in a remote location. The desktop got a Session Rejected, while the Laptop connected fine and got thru to the OneTimePassword Prompt.
In both cases I used the Qtility-41 to set-up the new accounts, made sure there was no eXcluded user and that the outer door was left ajar.
I tried this with different versions on Anywhere to no avail. I deleted the COSW.INI, no go. I compared the registry entries in both machine, close enough, no go. (Both Win98se connecting to 2004 build 320).
Any clue anyone ?
