Upgrade to 2017

In the process of upgrading a client to Comet 2017. Getting this error in the startup:

12:25:15 (5296) AddDirectory - Failed for C:\Users\Oem\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP\

I can't remember what fixes this error. Something to do with Administrator rights I believe>
