Maybe that isn't the correct path for this Windows user? The path for CATEMP is stored in the CosW.ini file. Find the line in there. It probably looks like this: CATEMP=C:\Users\Oem\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP\ Delete that line from CosW.ini and try to restart Comet. Comet will add the correct line. You should also make sure the user has full privileges to their %temp% folder.
