You can have multiple CA hosts but I'm not sure how this would solve your problem. As I recall you have 1 CA host license and then lots of CA clients. You could buy a 2nd Comet license from your dealer and split the CA clients between the 2 hosts. But where would you locate the file server? If the internet is down it sounds like one group would still not be able to connect to the file server. You could duplicate the file server at both locations but syncing them back up may not be trivial. Maybe I'm missing something here??
