This is why I posted it. I have been using the program on this customer for years. I have tried it from both my Windows 64-bit and my XP machine and get the same result. Is it a port issue? Is there a port that may have closes? Could it be an issue with a virus protection program? I'm looking for some guidance as to where to look (or ask the IT compamy to look).
