Too complicated. There are already 34 DocMgr primary directories. Adding 34 new sub-archives each year is too much. Won't someone have to move the existing docs into the appropriate sub-archive? And repeat that at the end of each calendar or fiscal year.

Searching the control file (K,588,10) by "Job Name contains something", plus a date range to do some narrowing, seems like it would be helpful.
