Not quite fixed yet. When Comet starts, it will replace a zero byte DLL.

When a WDL programs does a "CW.CreateAutoModeDialog" and no DLL exists in CATOOLS, a copy is done. But, if the DLL is there with a more current date/time, even if zero bytes, no copy is done and the program crashes.
