Hmmm.... that's exactly the case I tested. I used the Error Log utility as my test. I erased ErrorLog.dll from CATOOLS and replaced it with one with 0 bytes. It now has today's date. When I ran ErrorLog, the original .dll was copied from UTL. I'll take another look :-(
