NOVA vs COMET32

The HELP system (NOVA) works fine with Comet16, COMMONs are passed unaltered.

Comet32 however, tries to line-up the COMMON variables and will stop at the very first discrepancy...

So, short of keeping ONE Windows XP running Comet16 for Compiling any/all programs using NOVA, is there a fix for Comet32 to Comet32 HELP out there?

We tried using MESSAGE$, it is very short (32 bytes?) and could not anticipate all the possible HELP possibilities over a single program. For example, my Customer Maintenance uses up to 15 different HELP Lookups (everything is validated & searchable).

Thank goodness I can compile very large programs in Comet16 and run them in Comet32. They won't run in Comet16. But that means I cannot use all the new stuff from Comet32 (the first one to come to mind is DYNAMIC variables).

So... How do I rid of Comet16 ? And still use NOVA Help ?
