In the past I had complained about an annoying 30 second delay when Comet was stopped and immediately restarted. That seems to have gone away. Oh Joy!!!
But, there seems to be more time outs occurring for users on my user that has upgraded to 516.
1) The screen is sitting at "ENTER PASSWORD", the user returns after some usually undetermined time and enter their password. The READY screen display without the JPG. WDL programs can't find their DLL.
2) The screen is sitting at a menu, the user returns and enters a program via keyboard or click, no response from Comet. Need to use Task Manager to kill of the sessions. CFAM and COSC are often left for additional killing. Sometimes killing CFAM will also take out COSC.
3) Still get corrupted, zero byte, DLL's. Deleting the bad DLL while Comet is running only results in a new zero byte DLL being copied into Comet. Exiting Comet and then deleting the bad DLL works.
