How does the Pop Up PDF printer go bad???

Getting more of these problems. This one is from a Win10 PC with pdfFactory 4.75.

Remote into PC to check printer properties and all looks OK. Test Page prints, DIRCAT prints, user does reprint of same job and it now works.
