Comet PO Printing Issue

I am a front end Comet user and am having an issue. When trying to print our PO's sometimes we can and sometimes we cannot get them to print. Then when we try to register them, the register gets hung up on the last PO and we will sometimes get an error message "err routine 9200"

Does anyone know what or why this is happening? Also since I don't work with the 'back end'/coding is anyone able to help me fix this issue?

We are at a loss and currently cannot find or do not know where to find anyone that would be familiar with this type of system.
