Services crash...>

End-user had services crash this morning, details attached. Server2012 with 18.0 services. Event Viewer showed nothing else going on except for two events maybe an hour earlier where the UPS went on battery. Server uptime 91 days, I generally like to see the server restarted once a month just to clear memory, I may start doing that with this account.
