We fixed a very important bug a year ago that was causing intermittent CFileSrv.exe crashes. If you really are running version 18.0 you are still susceptible to this bug. It was fixed in version 18.1. Since CFileSrv.exe crashed that may explain why CFAMNetServe crashed as well.
