I don't think your problems have to do with Win 10. We have had a few intermittent reports of E30s and even experienced some here. These occurred on various versions of Windows. In our case it was an old 2003 Server using CometPDF. We discovered an E30 could happen if we sent too much too quickly to the printer. I guess the pdf generator couldn't keep up with it. We solved it by putting a short PAUSE in the application.

Maybe someone else has a suggestion about your font issue. We are not aware of a problem.
