E30 trying to open a printer

We might have stumbled on to a clue about this. Stan ran in to it. Like Grant he said everything works fine and then suddenly he starts getting E30s when he tries to print. Restarting Comet solves the problem until it happens again.

We noticed that CosP.exe was missing from the Windows temp folder. Putting it back restored printing. That explains why restarting Comet solves the problem.

So, if you are having this problem, before you restart Comet take a look in %temp% and see if all the Comet executables are still there. He was also missing CosM32.exe. You might also be missing all the Comet Explorer programs. Maybe a virus scanner is removing them?
